Northville High School is a member of the Kensington Lakes Activities Association. The association consists of 24 schools. The KLAA is split into two conferences - Kensington and Lakes - each comprised of 12 schools. Each conference has two divisions made up of six schools. Northville High School (NHS) athletic teams compete in the Kensington Conference Central Division against Livonia Stevenson, Novi, Salem, South Lyon and South Lyon East.
