Athletic Boosters: Donna McDonald
$2500 is going to swim, $1800 to Lacrosse and $700 to softball. It was decided we would put together our list of needs
and present it to the May meeting. Golf outing is August 28.
Coach's Report: Matt Ladach
8th graders are now attending the Monday and Wednesday workouts. He pointed out some of the weight lifting goals that have
been accomplished and would like to reward players with perfect attendance with a t-shirt.
Reviewed upcoming events and dates. The 4-way scrimmage schedule is freshman at 11am, JV/varsity at 1:30pm. We will be
hosting the concession stand and it was suggested we use out tailgate grill to make and sell burgers and hotdogs.
Pre-sale tickets will give some money back to us and will be put on the school and football websites.
Goal posts are out responsibility and need to be installed the week of June 14th. Chuck Zinkosky is taking care of this
project.
Pat Fox is varsity assistant coach, Lance Blair, freshman assistant coach and John Rohrhoff had to step down due to other
commitments.
15 helmets were rejected and are being refurbished. Coach is asking Bryan Masi to purchase 15 Ion 4D helmets. Other
purchase requests are 30 Hex pads at $28 each, 15 Russell pants at $35 each, 12 Jerseys at $75 each (these were purchased
by last years seniors), QB wrist bands at approximately $10 each.
Pay to Play is rumored to go up to $300 per player. It is anticipated we will know by the end of April.
Confirmed we will eliminate all registration fees to help off set the pay to play increase. We will also cut expenses by
getting donations for team dinners, banquet scaled down to awards with cake and coffee, no coaches gifts, no practice
apparel that was covered by registration fees instead looking at implementing them as awards for Mustang Card sales goals,
donations for senior retreat.
Banners are on hold. We have been told we will receive the money we made last year in sales of 26 banners at $250 each
from advertisements sales.

Cards about 1/3 of the way done. Asked for new businesses to replace some of last years.
Spirit Wear: Barb Zinkosky
Showed us new sweatshirts she is bringing in with new logo.
New Business:
Addias representative is going to meet with Bryan Masi and Rich Hewlitt is setting the meeting up.
Holloways are running the May 6 activity fair booth.
