Minutes:
Carol Zinser read minutes written by Mary Wegzyn. Approved with corrections in media needs and golf outing date.
Treasurer's Report:
Chuck Zinkosky presented the previous month's financials in a new, simpler format; the detailed information is available
to all wishing to see the full report. Discussion resulted in passing a new policy regarding player refunds: players
who opt to leave the team prior to the first day of practice may be refunded their registration fees, minus the cost of
practice apparel. No refunds will be granted following the first day of August practice.
Communications:
Sue Laabs reported our current player registrations at 54 varsity, 35 JV, and 49 freshmen, for a total of 138 in the
program. She is still following up on paperwork for a few. Tailgate is set for Saturday's black/orange scrimmage, some
clean-up help would be welcome. During the tailgate, each committee is responsible for their own volunteer sign-up sheets
as needed; program personal ad forms will be available.
Athletic Boosters' Report:
Donna MacDonald reported that football has met their requirement for contributions to the golf outing on August 29;
hoping for more attendees.

for, with 3 pending. Looking at alternate placement of banners for better visibility.
Food:
Gina Elker reported that team dinners are set with Maria's and Genitti's, practice popsicles set as requested, and Beth
Locricchio is coordinating game fruit (banana quantity set at 75% of last year). Buca di Beppo is donating pasta for
blitz night.
Media:
Volunteers set with exception of game filming for freshman and JV.
Coach's Report:
Coach Ladach reported that the senior retreat was successful , meeting the intent of bonding the team. Camp started off
smoothly, though humidity very high on the first day. Helmets, t-shirts, shorts, socks and coaches gear have all been
ordered. Some Coach Com game film tech support may be needed and was approved by the board.
